Our Story

We’re a team of Montessori leaders and supporters on a mission: to make sure every Montessori school has the support it needs to grow and thrive—just as Maria Montessori’s model nurtures children.

In 2017, lifelong Montessorian and school leader Matt Hillis joined forces with Kasim Aslam, an expert in online marketing. Together, they founded Nido Marketing to help Montessori schools reach the right families—without the stress of learning marketing on their own.

For eight years, Nido Marketing has helped schools grow enrollment and build strong communities. Along the way, we launched Montessori Thrive, a free leadership community giving administrators the guidance and encouragement they need to run their schools with confidence.

Today’s challenges are greater. Finding the right families takes more time, running a school is more complex, and leaders are stretched thin. That’s why we’ve merged Nido Marketing with Montessori Thrive—to provide done-for-you support that lets school leaders focus on what matters most: the children, the parents, and the staff.
